The personal data that we will process in any job application will be those conventionally established for these cases, such as, for example, identification and contact data, academic and professional background, any information that the candidate wishes to voluntarily share with our organisation, as well as other data that we collect during the interviews related to the selection and recruitment process.
Purpose of the processing of personal data
The processing of the personal data provided by job applicants will be exclusively for the purpose of assessing their candidacy, contacting them for possible interviews and about the selection process, keeping them informed of the different vacancies that arise in our organisation if they authorise us to do so and possible employment contracts in the event that they arise. Communications will be made by the means of contact you provide in your job application (e.g. telephone or e-mail).
Your data may also be used to request references about your professional career in the companies in which you have informed us that you have worked.
In the event that it is necessary or that you understand that you should inform us about your degree of disability, intolerances, allergies or any other information about your health and related to the job you are applying for, we inform you that these data will be processed in compliance with article 15 of Act 31/1995 on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, in which we must know this information in order to adapt the workplace to the employee’s requirements, as well as with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of 29 November, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion. Any other data unnecessary for the purpose of this application will be confidentially destroyed.
Legitimation

Retention of your data
The personal data provided by you as a job applicant will be kept until a job is filled or for a maximum period of one (1) year, unless you have expressly authorised us to include you in our job pool, in which case, it will be kept for the time necessary to consider your application for possible vacancies and to contact you to inform you in this regard.
Applicants' rights
We will keep your data as a job applicant as described above or until you exercise your right to erasure; you therefore have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, object to or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time, including requesting portability of your personal data or withdrawing your consent.
To exercise your rights, you must apply in writing to rgpd@benimar.imkclientes.es, enclosing a copy of your National Id (DNI) card or equivalent document for identification purposes.
