The Quality and Environment policy is focused on achieving our main objective; our customer satisfaction and loyalty while preserving the environment at the same time. By achieving this, the following actions are carried out:

• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the commitment of continuous improvement of our employees through communication and their participation in the system, with the aim of reducing the environmental impact, the internal nonconformities and increasing productivity.
• Responding promptly to any suggestions or complaints from interested parties.
• Having adequate human and material resources for the service.
• Maintaining and extending training to all staff.
• Ensuring the staff's safety and respect for the environment.
• Acting on the principles of eco-efficiency and pollution prevention.
• Responding promptly in the supply of spare parts to our customers.

This policy is understood, put into effect and kept updated at all levels of the organization. It has the support of the DIRECTOR, who establishes, develops and applies it through the Quality and Environment System implemented.
