BENIMAR OCARSA, S.A.U., offers you this place where you can report any criminal or administrative offence, irregular conduct, breaches of our code of ethics (Ethics Charter) or our internal rules, illegal acts (any crime such as fraud, theft, corruption, embezzlement, etc.), and any other fact that directly or indirectly affects our company in a negative way.

Our Channel guarantees the confidentiality of the information communicated, the personal details of the person reporting, as well as those of the persons reported or affected, in compliance with the Law 2/2023of 20th of February, on Whistleblower Protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th of April 2016, as well as Organic Law 3/2018 of 5th of December.

Compliance with all of the above and the management of the reception of complaints sent from our Internal Whistleblowing Channel is supervised by the expert data protection consultancy firm Business Adapter®.

Before reporting, remember that you must have reasonable grounds to believe, based on the information and circumstances available to you at the time of the report, that the facts reported are true. Our organisation will analyse the plausibility of your complaint and may reject it if it does not comply with the provisions of Law 2/2023 of 20 February.
